Healthy Beans Salad

Healthy Beans Salad provide a lot of nutrition with a limited number of calories. They are nutritiously fresh and filling.

Ingredients

3 cups Mixed boiled beans .

Can choose from chick peas, mung beans, soya beans, black eye beans or kidney beans based on your preference.

1/2 cup Spring onions
3/4 cup chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Basil or coriander leaves based on your preference
Salt and pepper for taste

Method

1.Mix all the ingredients together.
2.Garnish with chopped coriander/ basil leaves and serve .
