Sukhiyan-Sugiyan is a popular traditional evening snack served with tea in Kerala , South India. It is protein rich snack with crunchy outer covering with all purpose flour/maida and soft and sweet goodness inside made of green gram/mung beans (cherupayar), coconut and jaggery and deep fried in oil.
