Oats idli is an instant version of idli that is made of oats flour, semolina and yogurt.
1/2 cup powdered oats (roast oats for 2-3 minutes then powder them)
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup low-fat curd
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
- Mix all the ingredients with water to make a thick and smooth batter.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Pour into the idli maker and steam for 10-15 minutes.
