Milk Halwa is a delicious, delightful sweet made by simmering milk.
1/2 litre full fat milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp curd
3 tbsp ghee
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
Boil milk and Simmer until it becomes almost 1/3rd.
Add sugar mix well then add semolina.
Cook until it starts to thicken. At this stage add curd.
Keep stirring to avoid burning at the bottom. It will start to thicken.
Add ghee little by little and keep stirring continuously in low flame.
When the ghee starts separating at the sides of the pan, add cardamom powder and switch it off.
